Abby ( Sarab Nidhan Kaur ) was introduced to hatha yoga in her early teens. Physically demanding styles such as Bikram and Anusari were indispensable tools for coping with adolescence, providing an emotionally supportive environment for the healing and strengthening of the body, as well as building self esteem and focus. While studying neuroscience in college, her interest shifted towards contemplation and meditation as tools for transformation and healing.
Currently, she is a certified Hatha instructor, with a focus on adaptive yoga and contemplative hatha, as well as a Kundalini Yoga certified teacher. Her classes focus on safely challenging the body, emphasizing optimal alignment of the spine and therefore the rest of the body, and also emphasize meditation.
